This wine is produced using very ancient vineyard, that can reach a natural balance of ripeness at harvest. Our Cabernet Sauvignon guarantees a pleasant complexity of its structure, with a fruity and a spicy after taste. After a long, slow fermentation at controlled temperature in contact with the skins with continuous and repeated pumping, refine between 8 and 10 months in oak barrels. Ideal with red meat, braised beef and roast meat. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
