After a long, slow fermentation at controlled temperature in contact with the skins with continuous and repeated pumping, refine between 8 and 10 months in oak barrels. Due to the Merlot structure and its Merlot grape is known around the globe for its special international elegance that gives round an incredible harmonious taste and a great longevity. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
